The asphalt at this building's front entrance had settled past the ADA's 2.08% maximum slope. We removed it, poured concrete set to compliant grade, built an accessible crosswalk at proper slope, and added a new sidewalk entrance with a detectable warning pad.
A shared parking area behind a row of multifamily homes, breaking up around the drains and over soft ground. We milled out the failing areas and around every drain, then paved 10,000 square feet with 2.5 inches of new asphalt.
