What we do

Clean pours,
proper finish

Concrete looks simple — until it cracks, spalls, or settles. It almost always traces back to a rushed base, wrong mix, or weak reinforcement, or improper curing.

We don't rush it. Prepared base, proper reinforcement, clean finish — every pour.

Who we work with
Property managers, building owners, general contractors, municipalities, and institutions across the Tri-State area. Commercial and municipal concrete is our specialty — we understand the compliance requirements, the scheduling constraints, and what it takes to keep a busy property operational during a pour.
Typical project size
From single sidewalk panels and ADA ramp replacements to full parking lot concrete replacements spanning thousands of square feet. We scope and staff every job correctly regardless of size.
Scheduling around your property
Concrete pours require access and cure time. We plan the work sequence around your property's operational needs — staging areas, access routes, and phasing are all accounted for before we show up.
What you get
A straight quote, a real crew, and a clean site when we leave. No change orders, no surprises.
Scope of work

Everything we cover

01
Sidewalks & walkways
Commercial sidewalk construction and replacement — properly formed, sloped for drainage, and finished to a clean broom texture.
02
Curbs & gutters
Poured-in-place curb and gutter work for parking lots, driveways, and roadways — radiused corners, clean edges, and proper tie-in to existing surfaces.
03
Concrete pads & aprons
Loading dock aprons, dumpster pads, equipment pads, and any slab that needs to handle heavy loads without failing.
04
ADA ramps & surfaces
Compliant curb cuts, truncated dome placement, cross-slope and running slope built to current ADA standards — documented and inspection-ready.
05
Full lot replacement
Complete demolition of failed concrete, sub-base rework, reinforcement, and full pour — for lots that are past the point of repair.
06
Repairs & saw-cutting
Targeted concrete repairs for cracked panels, settled sections, and utility cuts — saw-cut edges, proper bonding, matched finish.

What separates
good concrete

All concrete looks good day one. Ours still looks good years later — holding grade, draining clean.

Our process

How every concrete
project runs

Step one
Site assessment
We walk the site to evaluate existing conditions, sub-base, drainage, access, and scope of work needed.
Step two
Proposal
Clear, itemized quote covering demo, base work, reinforcement, pour, and finish. No vague line items.
Step three
Demo & prep
Existing concrete removed, sub-base graded and compacted. Forms set and inspected before any concrete is ordered.
Step four
Pour & finish
Concrete placed, screeded, floated, and finished. Control joints cut. Crew on site until the pour is done right.
Step five
Cure & handoff
Adequate cure time before the surface is opened to traffic. Site cleaned and handed back to you in full working order.
